First passenger flight from Qatar lands in Bahrain after a six-year break – Travel becomes easy

After a hiatus of six years, the eagerly awaited first direct passenger flight from Qatar to Bahrain finally took place and marked a significant milestone as it landed at Manana. Flight number QR1108 of Qatar Airways touched down at Bahrain International Airport just after in May. Two hours later, the return service became the first direct flight from Bahrain to Qatar, landing at Hamad International Airport in Doha. This marks the resumption of direct air travel between the two countries following an agreement between their respective state carriers.

Qatar Airways now operates daily flights from Doha to Bahrain and increased the number of flights from the 15th of June. Gulf Air, Bahrain’s national airline, has also resumed daily flights to Doha, a route it has been serving since 1950. The agreement between the civil aviation authorities of Qatar and Bahrain paved the way for this resumption of flights, enabling greater connectivity and facilitating travel between the two Gulf nations. Since hotel apartments in Qatar are in plenty, travellers to the country also have great choices for accommodation at properties like Al Najada Doha Hotel Apartments By Oaks.
