More flydubai wings to Salalah for Khareef – flydubai increases services to cater to the growing demands

To meet the rising demand during the extremely popular Khareef season, the Dubai based airline, flydubai will be introducing more flights to Salalah, Oman. Currently, flydubai operates a daily flight to Salalah but depending on the expected rush, flights between Dubai and Salalah will be made available up to 3 to 4 times daily. Salalah is famous for its yearly monsoon season, known as Khareef, which transform the landscape into a lush green countryside between June to August. During this period, an annual Khareef festival celebrating the rainy season is held, and hotels in the area, like the Al Baleed Resort Salalah by Anantara are packed with visitors by the thousands. There is a huge demand for the new frequent flight service, not only from leisure travellers but also business oriented travellers as well. Salalah is also renowned for its unique plantations, Salalah Beach Resort and vibrant culture.
