Foo Fighters and Guns n’ Roses to Rock Wellington This December

The world-famous rock bands Foo Fighters and Guns N’ Roses are readying to perform in Wellington, the Capital of New Zealand, after two years of postponements and cancellations due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Guns N’ Roses will play on December 8, which was previously scheduled for November last year but was cancelled due to the pandemic. Foo Fighters will take to the stage in Wellington a couple of days later, on December 15. It is expected that the arrival of both bands will bring a massive boost to the tourism and hospitality sector of the city — and benefit hotels in Wellington, New Zealand, including the iconic Oaks Wellington Hotel, which is just 15 minutes from the Wellington Airport. Over 60,000 fans are expected to attend the shows in December.
