Forging Stronger Bonds: The ATTA Amazing Thailand Roadshow in Mumbai

In an endeavour to foster closer ties with India and showcase its array of new and diverse tourist attractions, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), Mumbai, in collaboration with the Association of Thai Travel Agents (ATTA), orchestrated the “ATTA Amazing Thailand Roadshow” on the 3rd of October 2023 at the opulent St. Regis in Mumbai.

The event was graced by the presence of luminaries such as Isada Saovaros, the Director of TAT Mumbai, Donnawit Poolsawat, Consul-General of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Mumbai, and Sisdivachr Cheewarattanaporn, the President of ATTA, aimed to strengthen the travel trade relationship between India and Thailand. TAT Mumbai’s mission is clear: to allure more Indian tourists by promoting the novel events in Phuket, hidden gems, and off-the-beaten-path destinations that Thailand has to offer. Its hospitality industry has risen to the challenge, with resorts such as SAii Laguna Phuket offering guidance and accommodation to meet the needs of the visitors.
