Once again Healthy Tasmania and the City of Hobart are presenting free Tai Chi sessions that will offer those who participate a chance to stay fit and find inner balance. The next session will take place on 13th February 2020 from 12:30pm to 01:15pm and will continue on a weekly basis. It will be held at scenic Franklin Square which is a short walk from Somerset on the Pier Hobart. Those travelling from abroad and looking to attend can stay at a nearby Hobart apartment hotel and experience the joy of Tai Chi which is easy to learn.

These sessions cater to all fitness levels and those who wish to participate need to sign up for the event which can be done in a number of ways; register on the Healthy Tasmania website (http://www.healthytasmania.com.au/Registration), via its “I’m In” phone app (the phone will be required at the session to scan the QR code) or by filling out a form at the session itself.
