The Cobb+Co Museum is one of the finest places to visit during your stay in Toowoomba. Here you’ll find a variety of interactive displays, exhibits, and artifacts that detail the rich history of the region. The establishment most notably features a number of interesting exhibits that detail the evolution of transportation in Australia. Here you’ll find relics and replicas of classic horse-drawn carriages, the first steam-powered engines, and even early train engines! You can also immerse yourself in the local culture by learning and trying your hand at the traditional arts of blacksmithing and millinery.

If you’ve browsed through the various Toowoomba hotel deals and confirmed your stay at a centrally located establishment such as the Oaks Toowoomba Hotel, the museum is only a few minutes’ drive away. So, be sure to find some time and make a visit!
