Gold Coast Welcomes Queenslanders to ‘Come Back and Play’

A 1.5 Million Dollar Campaign

As the tensions surrounding the COVID-19 Pandemic begins to calm down and the situation becomes more contained, world economies are vying for methods to help rehabilitate and bolster their economies.
Australia’s Gold Coast is no exception in this regard as it urges travellers to come back and enjoy everything the region has to offer.

Broadbeach hotels like the famed Avani Broadbeach Residences are expected to play a key role in the planned reopening, providing travellers with exciting incentives. Annaliese Battista, the CEO of Destination Gold Coast announced a new campaign which started last June in order to draw back tourists to the region. The campaign is four-phased and has a budge exceeding 1.5 million Australian dollars. All of this is a bid to revitalise the Gold Coast’s battered economy and return it to some semblance of normality.
