Great Dane Andersen Returns To Abu Dhabi For Anantara Gourmet

The famous culinary chef from Denmark, Dane Andersen recently returned to the famous desert city of Abu Dhabi. His restaurant Kiin Kiin was awarded the Michelin star and is the first Thai restaurant in Copenhagen to be awarded with such recognition. The chef returned toEastern Mangroves Hotel & Spa by Anantara which is featured among the 5 star hotels Abu Dhabi has in store for the ardent travellers.

The Anantara Gourmet 2015 featured Dane Andersen’s culinary creations as well as live cooking demonstrations by the master chef. A lunch was also hosted on the 13th of April while Chef Henrik explained and enlightened the audience with the guidelines of preparing Prawn Noodles with Tamarind and Lemongrass served with edible chopsticks. Those who enjoyed creations of Chef Anderson also took part in this year’s gourmet journey.
