Holiday Inn Resort Kandooma Maldives took home the most number of awards and medals at this year’s Hotel Asia Culinary Challenge. The resort’s team, made up of the Executive Chef Vincent Tan, 14 chefs and two mixologists earned 28 medals including 8 golds, 13 silvers and 7 bronzes. Featuring several innovative Maldives restaurants such as Dine IN! The Kitchen and Fisherman’s Market, the resort also took home 4 ‘Best in Class’ awards.
Executive Vincent Tan thanks the entire culinary team for their teamwork, passion and support which contributed to the resort’s achievement. The General Manager of the Holiday Inn Resort expects for the award winning dishes to be included in the resort’s menus.
