Chinese New Year fell on the 5th of February 2019. The days approaching the new year tend to be extremely busy, with all the final arrangements being made before the celebrations begin. The festivities of the new year lasted 15 days and everyone witnessed a lot of gold and red from their meeting rooms in Hong Kong during the days that led to the new year.
The period of the new year is always lively, with dancing lions and dragon parades a common sight during this time. The decorations during this time are highly photographic, especially around well-known sites and hotels such as the likes of Park Hotel Hong Kong.
