Hong Kong Offers Quarantine-Free Entry to Tourists

Pandemic Restrictions Further Eased

In a move welcomed by the local tourism industry, Hong Kong has further eased its travel restrictions recently to allow more tourists to visit this holiday season and the upcoming year. According to the new rules, tourists who arrive in Hong Kong no longer need to follow the Amber Code and can wander about the city without any restrictions if they test negative. Travellers must be fully vaccinated and should upload a negative result of a rapid antigen test taken 24 hours before their flight to the “Health & Quarantine Information Declaration” form. A PCR test will be done at the airport upon arrival and another on the third day of their visit. Mask-wearing remains largely compulsory both indoors and outdoors, while group gatherings of more than 12 people in public places are not allowed.

Safe accommodation options for travellers are available at properties like Park Hotel Hong Kong, that’s part of the Park Hotel Group, with strict hygiene and cleanliness measures in place; such properties that belong to a leading hotel chain in Asia also feature an enhanced flexibility policy so tourists can enjoy worry-free booking.
