Hong Kong Offers Visa-Free Travel for 164 Nations – Airline Ticket Giveaway Also Launched

Hong Kong is welcoming even more tourists by offering visa-free entry to travellers from 164 countries for different periods. This was highlighted on 08th March 2023 on the Gulf News website which listed the various destinations which are eligible for visa-free travel be it for 180, 90, 30 or 14 days. For example, British nationals can visit Hong Kong without a visa for a stay of up to 180 days, while those from nations like Australia, Germany, New Zealand, and the United States of America come under the 90-day category.

To attract more tourists, the “Hello Hong Kong” initiative was launched on 1st March 2023 giving travellers from Southeast Asia a chance to win free airline tickets to Hong Kong. Beginning 1st April, the tickets can be won by those from mainland China, while from 1st May, tourists from all other destinations can take part too.
