The Home of the Arts or HOTA in Gold Coast, Queensland, is continuing its exhibition, “Hyper-Aware: 21st Century” featuring highlights from its collection. Launched on 8th May 2021, it is scheduled to end on 8th May 2022 and can be enjoyed at Gallery 3. Those staying at a Coolangatta resort in this part of Queensland including properties like Oaks Gold Coast Calypso Plaza Suites can easily reach HOTA and take in this free of charge exhibition.
“Hyper-Aware: 21st Century” features various works that delve into aspects such as the identity and history of Australia. Amongst its highlights are Nyinyilki by Indigenous Australian artist, Mirdidingkingathi Juwarnda Sally Gabori, Literary Parrot (Ver-Vert) by Emily Floyd and installations by Alex and Nell Seton. When here, visitors can also check out HOTA Collects which showcases more than 100 noteworthy works focused on the developments of art in Australia.
