India’s GoAir Charter New Flights to Cambodia – Indo-Cambodian Ties Strengthen Up

The first-ever direct flight between India and Cambodia by the Indian budget carrier GoAir has been announced to be launched later this year which will connect New Delhi and Phnom Penh using an Airbus A320. Although the number of visitors taking tours from Cambodia to India is very less as per the current context, it is expected that through this initiative the numbers can largely increase because they then have a direct flight connecting the two countries.

Indians visiting Cambodia generally choose a boutique hotel in Siem Reap for their accommodation needs and then take their city tours to visit the religious and historic attractions out there, with or without using a travel agent to guide them. The business crowd generally picks the luxury resorts the likes of Anantara Angkor Resort for their stays and with the rapid developments happening in the Cambodian tourism industry, several other new venues will also be added in the near future to the lists.
