According to recently published reports, Indonesia has recorded a remarkable increase in tourist arrivals which are up by 22.4% in semester one when compared to the same period last year. Mr. Suharyanto, the Head of Indonesian National Statistics Board stated that Indonesia recorded around 6.48 million international arrivals during this period. A spectacular vacation destination, Bali offers a range of unique experiences craved by many be it enjoying luxurious accommodation or indulging in a wellness and spa retreat in Ubud at properties such as COMO Shambhala Estate, Bali. According to the report, the authorities believe that this remarkable surge of arrivals was achieved due to the rapid developments and impressive coordination of the new airports located in famous tourist destinations. Furthermore, international and Indonesian airlines have opened up new exclusive routes apart from operating regular flights to Bali and Jakarta.
