The 8th Edition of the ITR (International Travel Roadshow) has been scheduled to take place in Australia and Singapore this year. The event’s main objective is to connect international tour operators and sellers with travellers from all parts of the globe. Australia has been chosen this year as it ranks 9th among the highest travel spending markets in the globe and Singapore, as it is one of the most travelled destinations in the world.
Australia and Singapore are closely related since most of the flights which travel to Australia; fly through Singapore with long layovers. The two countries are also home to some of the best hotels in Asia Pacific region which are subsidiaries of large hotel networks the likes of Park Hotel Group. The event has been scheduled to take place in different cities in Australia during the month of August, such as Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. The event has been planned to commence in Singapore on the 28th of August.
