Internet of Things (IoT) Workshop – Lema Labs – Innovation is power!

The Internet of Things (IoT) is recognized as the most significant factor impacting fundamental business logic at present. IOT refers to a network of physical objects embedded with sensors and network connectivity that allows the objects to get the ability to communicate. A two-day workshop on the Internet of Things conducted by Lema Labs (Incubated at IIT Madras Incubation Cell) was held on 15th and 16th December 2018 at IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai, India. Highlights of the workshop included both theory and practical sessions, Arduino Programming, working with Node MCU development kit and Android Application development using MIT App Inventor. Students were able to enhance their knowledge through various group activities and practical sessions. Those who were residing at many hotel apartments in Chennai close to the venue such as Citadines OMR Chennai were able to be a part of the Internet of Things (IoT) Workshop 2018 from 9.30 AM to 5.00 PM.
