IRCTC and Korea Tourism Organisation Partner to Launch Korea Travel Packages – Seamless Experiences for Indian Travellers

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) South Zone has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Korea Tourism Organisation (KTO) to offer comprehensive travel packages to South Korea. The two packages—Fascinating Korea, covering Seoul and Busan over five nights and six days for ₹89,000, and Korea Extravaganza, a three-night, four-day trip for ₹72,000—will cater to outbound international travellers from November. Each tour will accommodate groups of up to 30, with services covering flights, accommodations, bus bridges, and escorts, enhancing convenience for travellers from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Karnataka.

IRCTC’s partnership with KTO also hints at plans for a student cultural exchange, aimed at fostering closer cultural ties. As Indian travellers explore Korea, those staying in Chennai’s OMR area might find a 5-star hotel in OMR a convenient option, with properties like Turyaa Chennai providing a luxurious stay nearby, adding to the comfort of the journey.
