IRONMAN 70.3 Colombo 2019 Takes Place This Month – A Test of Endurance

When the going gets tough the tough get going be it in the water, on a cycle or on foot! The IRONMAN 70.3 Colombo is all set to launch this month, attracting athletes from around the world looking to take part in this international standard triathlon; in fact, the top 30 participants will be able to enter this year’s IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship scheduled to be held in Nice, France.

IRONMAN 70.3 Colombo kick starts on 24th February 2019, with Galle Face Green being one of the key areas the different legs will be based around; within 15 minutes from Colombo Court Hotel & Spa, this area by the coast is easy to access from such Colombo city hotel options adding to the event’s allure for tourists as well. Presented by ‘Pro-Am Serendib’, the triathlon will feature a 1.9 km swim, a 90 km bike ride and a 112.9 km race on foot providing a challenging course for participants.
