John Keells Properties Continues Construction – Projects Include Tri-Zen & Cinnamon Life

The much-anticipated TRI-ZEN residential development by John Keells Properties has steadily continued construction despite the challenges faced due to the pandemic. Ideally located in Colombo 02, the project is on track to be completed as secluded in 2023 as reported by the company in July this year and which came as good news to investors. At its completion, TRI-ZEN will feature three residential towers offering 891 apartments integrated with cutting-edge smart technology as well.

This isn’t the only ongoing project by John Keells Properties, amongst the leading property developers in Sri Lanka. It’s also amidst the construction of Cinnamon Life, set to be a premier waterfront mixed-use development in Asia. As reported by the Island Newspaper on 1st August 2021, “The Suites” luxury apartment tower at Cinnamon Life is already completed and the handing over of the first keys to residents has begun. Also being developed here is a 30-storey office complex, five-star hotel and a shopping and entertainment mall spanning five stories.
