The Kuala Lumpur International Airport is one of the largest and most significant air travel hubs in Asia, and is renowned for also being one of the most beautiful. The designer of the airport, Japanese architect Kisho Kurokawa, combined aspects of Islamic architecture and the look of certain trees to come up with the unique design of the airport.
