The Spring Lantern Festival in Hong Kong was held in the month of January 2020. Just as the name suggests, at this festival, people from all over the world gathered in Hong Kong to light up the iconic Chinese Red Lanterns which symbolically represent the blooming of their pleasant hopes for the new year 2020.
Families staying at many a Hong Kong boutique hotel took part in this event marking a great beginning to the year 2020, and hotels the likes of Cosmo Hotel Wan Chai Hong Kong had recommended all their guests to experience the new year moments with them by taking part in activities of this type. The festival also involves the consumption of the popular Rice Ball, in marking true friendship and sharing cultural values with one another.
