Interstate travel in Australia has been seeing much change over the past few months as each state assesses the situation regularly and imposes or eases restrictions accordingly. According to the latest health advice, the borders of New South Wales (NSW) are open to every state and territory giving travellers a chance to once again enjoy holidays here; from Sydney apartments to Nelson Bay hotels inducing properties such as Oaks Nelson Bay Lure Suites there are plenty of safe accommodation options on offer as well.
While the state’s borders are open, NSW Health has reminded travellers to practice the necessary health and hygiene guidelines in keeping with “COVID safe behaviours”; this includes maintaining hand hygiene and physical distancing especially when travelling between Greater Sydney and rural and regional areas. Additionally, travellers should check the official NSW website for border updates before they travel (https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19).
