Malaysia; the third most attractive Asian country for hotel investment, survey shows

According to a recent survey carried out in Malaysia about the investment intentions of hotel owners and operators, Malaysia became the 03rd most attractive destination for those who invest in the hospitality sector. Malaysia is home to many world-class hotels such as Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas and the tourism sector plays an important role in the country’s economy.

Most of the potential investors had already made plans to invest in many hotels and villas in Malaysia for sale at the time of the survey. It is believed that they would most probably acquire the Malaysian properties within the next 6 months. Due to COVID 19, property prices in Malaysia have gone down slightly and experts say that this would be an opportunity for the interested individuals out there to make a worthy investment.
