Maldives’ growing popularity in Brazilian market recognized during WTM LATAM 2021 virtual fair – Attracting global attraction

WTM Latin America (LATAM) 2021 was held from the 10th to 12th August 2021. Over 600 exhibitors from 50 countries participated in this travel and tourism event virtually and ‘Visit Maldives’ also grabbed this opportunity in style. This virtual fair brought together industry experts and professionals in the tourism industry together while also creating good networks between them.

‘Visit Maldives’ presented its promotional strategy to attract the Latin American market through this event. Details of every Maldives resort the likes of Kurumba Maldives were shared among interested parties here, and measures that the Maldives has taken to minimize the COVID 19 risks also were discussed. In addition to all these, details of authentic Maldivian experiences such as spa treatments, water adventures, and seafood dining were also described by the Maldivian representatives.
