Mandela My Life: The Official Exhibition continues its run in Melbourne offering insights into the life and times of Nelson Mandela, one of the world’s most iconic figures. The exhibition had its world premiere in September 2018 and will run till 3rd March 2019 hosted at the Melbourne Museum. The venue which is within 10 minutes from Oaks on Market is close to such hotels near Etihad Stadium providing tourists with easy access as well.
The exhibition which is being held in collaboration with South Africa’s The Nelson Mandela Foundation showcases a diverse collection of exhibits from the life of Nelson Mandela including personal items, documents and various artefacts. Visitors can gain a deeper understanding of Mr. Mandela who served 27 years in prison during Apartheid rule in South Africa, before subsequently becoming the nation’s president. Exclusively launched in Australia, Mandela My Life: The Official Exhibition will be a part of a worldwide museum tour spanning a five year period.
