Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2022 – A grand celebration
Martin Luther King Jr. Day was held on the 17th of Jan 2022 and many events had been organised to mark this special day by different communities and organisations. Given the pandemic situation, some events were held online as virtual events, but the participation was all the same for every event.
Several youth events took place on the 15th, 16th, and 17th celebrating this day. In addition to these, several workshops had also been organised. Those who were residing at Downtown Seattle hotels the likes of Pan Pacific Seattle got the opportunity to witness a few rallies and processions that had been organised to celebrate this special day. It was indeed a new experience for the travellers and this was a great chance for them to learn about the proud historical stories commemorating this event as well.
