Mesmerizing Vesak Tours 2018 – A Celebration of the Spiritual Festivity

The city of Colombo literally comes alive with colour and festivity during the Vesak month. It is the perfect time of the year to showcase the vibrant capital of the city amidst these celebrations. This year the Colombo City Tour was held from 29th April to 1st of May 2018 and it commenced from Galle Face. Each tour was scheduled for five hours in order to provide a memorable experience by visiting many colourful Vesak zones. The “Buddha Rashmi” Vesak zone along the magnificent Beira Lake was an important highlight in the city. Moreover, both locals and tourists had a great time enjoying the Bakthi Gee performances and Pandols in the beautifully illuminated city. Tourists who were residing at many a Bentota resort the likes of AVANI Bentota Resort & Spa also had the opportunity to join this amazing city tour to indulge in a memorable Vesak tour experience!
