Michelin Started Chefs Spices up Madison Restaurant – The Masterchef Asia Judge Will Prepare a Special Feast

Bruno Menard is one of the judges of Masterchef Asia, and he has developed a passion for Asian flavours since he’s been based in Singapore for a while now. On the 9th of March 2018, he brought his signature style of cooking to one of the best restaurants in Bangkok, the Madison Steakhouse of Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. The gala dinner took place at 6:30 pm and cost 4,900baht per person.

The menu featured exquisite dishes such as salmon coated in horseradish Chantilly and herbal jelly, as well as exquisite Wagyu beef tenderloin.

Chef Menard has served in world-renowned restaurants, in hotels such as The Ritz Carlton, and he now operates a consulting firm that organises private dinners and develops restaurant concepts. He began his career at a very young age and trained under world-famous chefs.
