The Jacobs Media Group, the parent company of Connecting Travel, will host the Middle East Edition of Global Travel Week soon; sponsored by the Oman Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, it’s scheduled to be held from 27th to 30th March 2022 in Oman. This upcoming event was officially unveiled in September last year by the undersecretary of the Oman Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, Maitha Al Mahrouqi.
Speaking at the unveiling, she stated that by hosting Global Travel Week, Oman’s many “hidden jewels” could be showcased, while also attracting leading travel companies with a focus on adventure, leisure and luxury tourism. It should be noted that Oman continues to be a popular holiday destination with much to offer; be it cultural discoveries in Muscat, coastal retreats in Salalah, mountain getaways at properties like Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort or culinary adventures at restaurants in Oman, there’s something for everyone.
