New Indian chef in town – Cinnamon Grand welcomes Chef Kadhir

Born in to the rich cultural heritage of Tamil Nadu, Chef M. Kadhir started out by just cooking for his family and went on to work at a seven star hotel in Chennai. The culinary star’s ten years of experience in the industry and the passion he has for food, has made him produce the most mouthwatering and wholesome dishes from the four primary states of South India – Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.
