New Residential Project by John Keells Properties at Victoria Golf and Country Resort

In a recent article published by Lanka Business Online, it was revealed that John Keells Properties (JKP) are developing luxury villas and townhouses at the famed Victoria Golf and Country Resort. Located in Digana and home to a stunning 18-hole championship golf course, the resort will offer an ideal getaway for holiday homes in Sri Lanka’s hill country. This is another key property development by JKP that has a diverse portfolio that features luxury apartments, the cutting-edge Cinnamon Life mixed-use development project and major shopping malls in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

This new development will include 16 Sunrise Ridge townhouses which will come with two bedrooms each and offer a five-year complimentary membership at the golf club. Additionally, the Peacock Valley Villas will be exclusively developed in the heart of the golf course with owners getting the chance to design their own luxury abode.
