Many New Zealanders have got stuck in other countries due to the COVID-19 outbreak without a way to come back to their motherland. For them, the country has made a special announcement about taking them back but, according to them, this process will require some strict safety measures that are also in line with WHO guidelines. As the initial step of this, the government has asked all New Zealanders overseas who wish to come back to the country to register themselves on ‘SafeTravel’ mentioning all related information.

The officials have also stated that even via this method not everyone will be able to come back depending on the situation. Although they have not yet declared anything upon re-opening the country again for tourism, Auckland harbour hotels the likes of Auckland Harbour Suites await to hear this good news soon from the official sources.
