Anantara Phuket Suites & Villas which was also known among the locals as Anantara Vacation Club Mai Khao is now referred to as Avani+ Mai Khao Phuket Suites & Villas. Minor Hotels decided to implement this rebranding activity in July 2021 when the Thailand government reopened Phuket to international travellers.
