Newly renovated Tourist Information Centre opens in Kandy
A step to help tourists
With the number of tourists visiting the heritage city and it’s attractions, opting to stay at many a luxury resort in Kandy, Sri Lanka, the likes of Hunas Falls Hotel Kandy – tourist industry officials have taken the steps to renovate a new Tourist Information Centre that is located in the heart of the city. The centre is also within close proximity to major tourist attractions, such as the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, which attracts thousands of tourists each year.
The newly appointed information centre will aim to provide 24/7 assistance and travel guidance to all the tourists the require information about the Kandy city or any other sort of help. There are also plans to set up tourist information centres at the Railway stations too.
