Niyama Maldives Among the Key Nominees at the 13th Annual ULTRAs This Year

Highlighting the best luxury travel experiences of last year, the annual ULTRAs awards ceremony took place in January at a gala event in Dubai. Amongst the night’s key nominees was Niyama Private Islands Maldives which was named in the category for “Best Hotel in the Indian Ocean”; joining the resort in this category was another property belonging to the Anantara brand, Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas. This year marked the 13th edition of the ULTRAsor “Ultimate Luxury Travel Related Awards”; the event is sponsored by Ultratravel Collection a joint venture between Ultratravel and the Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) which operates DISCOVERY, a multi-brand loyalty programme. Winners of the night were chosen via votes from DISCOVERY loyalty programme members and readers of the luxury travel magazine of The Telegraph.
