Oaks Hotels & Resorts continues strong performance across key markets in Australia

One of the largest accommodation providers in Australia when it comes to self-contained apartments and studios, Oaks Hotels and Resorts has seen steady growth, being able to outperform many top competitors in this highly competitive sector. A part of the Minor Hotel Group (MHG), this well known brand name has seen year-on-year room revenue increase by 10%, while the average occupancy to date is an impressive 74%. Apart from convenient location, modern accommodation and a variety of business and leisure facilities, guests are also offered a range of special offers that let them stay longer and save with Oaks Hotels & Resorts. Following a trend that is seeing many Australians choosing to holiday within the country itself, the brand has seen an increasing growth in its regional properties in particular especially in destinations such as the Hunter Valley, Broome and Townsville. At present it features 45 properties in total spread across 19 regions in South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and Victoria.
