In a strategic move to strengthen its connectivity in the Indian subcontinent, Oman Air has officially reinstated two pivotal routes: Lucknow and Thiruvananthapuram. Commencing operations on October 1, 2023, the airline will initially operate nine flights per week from Lucknow to Muscat, a frequency set to escalate to ten by December. Simultaneously, the Thiruvananthapuram to Muscat route will witness five weekly flights, with plans to augment the schedule to six by the end of the year.
This significant development propels Oman Air’s Indian network to a total of 10 destinations, overseeing an impressive 113 weekly flights between India and Muscat. Anticipated to climb to 123 weekly flights by December 2023, the expansion reflects the airline’s commitment to meeting growing demand and fostering stronger ties between Oman and India. With a stay in the most popular parts of Oman, at a Wahiba Sands hotel the likes of Desert Nights Camp, visitors can cap off a great holiday.
