Oman’s convention Centre– A Centre that opens its Doors to More than Just Events

With the persistent hands of many dedicated workers, the new Exhibition and Convention Centre of Oman was formally opened in September 2016. Natural beauty surrounds the centre with a beautiful view of Oman’s wadi, where exotic birds and blooming flowers can be found. It is less than a 15 minute drive from the airport and many of Oman’s luxury resorts such as the Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort. The first exhibition will be held in October 2016. The convention centre is identified to be one of the main income generators to the countries economy. Opportunities are created for employment while an increase in tourism is expected. Special features such as the well-designed theater, grand ballroom and auditorium with high tech seating are expected to draw the attention of many entertainment and universal events.
