Known as Australia’s premier international arts festival centred around Asian artists, is set to take place from the 21st of September to 8th of October 2017. A vibrant programme featuring contemporary arts from artists across Asia, the event is organized under the supervision of Joseph Mitchell, the Festival Director. The OzAsia Festival will be held in several venues in the city of Adelaide including the Artspace Gallery, Dunstan Playhouse, Her Majesty’s Theatre and Space Theatre that are located close to many serviced apartments in Adelaide CBD such as the centrally located Oaks Embassy. Attracting more 300 professional artists from the Asian region including China, Singapore, India, Japan, Hong Kong, the Philippines and Malaysia, along with over 400 Australian artists, the festival will feature 6 world premieres and 19 Australian premieres. With something for everyone to cherish, OzAsia will also include the famous annual Moon Lantern Festival at the Elder Park on the 1st of October.
