Profood Propack & Agbiz 2019 – A Focus on Food & Beverage Processing Equipment

An event that focused on food & beverage processing equipment, the Profood Propack & Agbiz was held this month in Sri Lanka. It took place from 2nd to 4th August 2019 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall in Colombo located within easy reach of rare at Residence. This exhibition which was held under the theme “From the Farm to the Fork” proved beneficial to all those in the industry from the best restaurants in Colombo to those engaged in processed food and beverages as well as agriculture.

Profood Propack & Agbiz 2019 marked the 18th consecutive year this event was held; it yet again provided a space in which participants could network and form new business partnerships be it involving agricultural machinery, food technology, animal husbandry, post-harvest technologies or packaging machinery. Apart from showcasing a range of new products and services, the exhibition also featured the Pro Food Pro Pack Cooking Studio and cooking competitions for housewives.
