The Maldives, a country where the majority of its population is Muslim, celebrates Prophet Mohammad’s Birthday on grand scale, and this year the birthday falls on the 12th of November- the month of Rabee-ul-Awwal according to the Islamic calendar. As there is a tradition among the Maldivians to invite their relatives and close friends to their residences and have celebrations together, this November is expected to be a good month for Maldives luxury resort chains as well.
