Queensland Government Introduced $100 and $200 travel vouchers to Enhance Tourism – Boosting domestic tourism

In an attempt to revive domestic tourism in Queensland, the government has made the main attractions more accessible for locals. The plan includes the introduction of vouchers of $100 and $200 for travel to the most iconic attractions in the region.

Palaszczuk stated on Twitter that up to 30,000 vouchers will be available for tourists to redeem. The vouchers can be redeemed on river view apartments in Brisbane and other accommodation options as well as various experiences. Tourists will be able to stay at Oaks Brisbane on Felix Suites and visit places close by for about 50% off on expenses. The Scenic Rim, Moreton Bay and The Great Barrier Reef are a few attractions that are ready to accept these vouchers for the experience. This is definitely an opportunity not to be missed out on.
