Restructuring tourism for sustainable development after COVID-19 pandemic – Chasing opportunities

A conference focused upon restructuring the tourism sector of Vietnam after the global pandemic was recently held in Hanoi, and several officials and other stakeholders took part in this event. The country temporarily stopped accepting international tourists one year ago (February 2020), and ever since then, the industry has enjoyed nothing in addition to massive losses.

Every Mui Ne resort the likes of Anantara Mui Ne Resort is likely to be getting great numbers of domestic travellers even today, and the conference participants, thus also discussed ways to develop the domestic tourism industry in the time ahead. They also stated that as the sector is becoming turbulent day by day, they should not rely and depend on specific markets when developing the sector, and thus should diversify the markets in the time to come.
