SeaWorld Makes International Debut – The Opening of SeaWorld Yas Island, Abu Dhabi

SeaWorld Yas Island, the first SeaWorld theme park outside of the US, has officially opened in Abu Dhabi, along with its accompanying Yas SeaWorld Research & Rescue facility. The park, certified by Global Humane for animal welfare, offers a unique marine life experience across five indoor levels. This attraction is recommended to guests from Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Al Yamm Villa Resort and any other luxury resort in Abu Dhabi as it is a one-of-a-kind experience.

It features eight different realms representing various regions, including the Arctic, Antarctica, and the Abu Dhabi Ocean region. The exhibits prioritize animal welfare, replicating their natural environments. The park offers a range of entertainment options, including strolling characters, performances, dining outlets, and retail shops. SeaWorld’s CEO, Marc Swanson, expressed excitement about bringing their mission of inspiring guests to protect animals and the environment to a new region. The park’s certification by Global Humane is seen as an important recognition of animal welfare efforts in the industry.
