Seychelles Round Table Regatta – Best Time to See the Seychelles

Having become a significant event in the Seychelles, the Round Table Regatta takes place over a weekend each year in September along the Beau Vallon Beachfront.

With the numerous activities happening, the event amounts to a grand festival. Other than all the sports competitions on its itinerary, there are live performances by leading local artists as well as several fun fair games.

The weekend ends with a “Greasy Pole” competition where contestants strive to reach a cash prize placed atop the grease-covered pole. Following which the much-awaited lottery is held before officially shutting down the fun and games.
