Spanning nine days, Singapore Art Week 2020 is scheduled to begin next month and will put the spotlight on visual arts. It is set to run from 11th to 19th January and will see over 100 events being held; these will take place at diverse venues across the city and are easily accessible for those staying at a centrally located apartment hotel in Singapore. Venues and areas currently chosen include the Gillman Barracks, the Asian Civilisations Museum close to Somerset Bencoolen Singapore, the Aliwal Arts Centre and Tanjong Pagar.

Held annually, Singapore Art Week is a premier visual arts festival in Southeast Asia that draws collectives, artists and art intermediaries to showcase diverse works and art projects. This year marks the eighth edition of this event which is jointly organised by the Singapore Economic Development Board, the National Arts Council and the Singapore Tourism Board.
