Smart travel, seamless journeys – Singapore sets the stage for next-level tourism
The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Grab to strengthen visitor experiences and drive sustainable tourism growth in 2025. This strategic collaboration combines STB’s destination marketing expertise with Grab’s technology, aiming to provide travellers with smoother, more personalised journeys across the city-state.
A key initiative is the enhancement of the Grab Travel Pass, offering tourists discounts on transport and services, making travel more affordable and convenient. The partnership also leverages Grab’s data insights to better understand visitor behaviour, aligning with STB’s Tourism 2040 roadmap for sustainable growth.
Singapore welcomed 8.33 million visitors in the first half of 2025, generating S$8.07 billion in tourism spend, and this partnership seeks to build on that momentum. For visitors exploring the city, options such as lyf Bugis Singapore provide a cosy stay in a central location, ideal for those seeking a modern hotel in Bugis, Singapore, while enjoying seamless mobility and local experiences.
