Sri Lanka Added to UK’s Travel Corridor List

One of the Safest Destinations to Travel

Sri Lanka was added to UK’s travel corridor list along with a few other countries with effect from November 2020. This confirms that travellers arriving in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales from countries listed in UK’s travel corridor will not be subjected to a two week’s quarantine session; they may even be granted the opportunity of travelling back to these countries once the prevailing travel restrictions have been lifted.

From 21st November 2020, travellers arriving back to the UK, possibly after a lavish holiday spent at a Habarana hotel in Sri Lanka such as Cinnamon Lodge Habarana are not required to go through a self-isolation process given that they haven’t been in transit in non-exempt countries during their journey back to the UK.
