Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Crab on bringing ‘ingredient integrity’ to Dubai – Taste the freshest seafood!

The Ministry of Crab in Sri Lanka is among the top 50 restaurants in Asia, and it’s world-renowned for offering the freshest forms of seafood. According to those who have tried out these divine dishes state that it’s not just about the crabs and other seafood, but also about the freshest forms of other ingredients including the best of Sri Lankan spices.

In November 2021, the Ministry of Crab had a pop-up show at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort and this attracted the attention of many travellers from all around the world. Although other restaurants in Jumeirah Beach also present seafood dishes, this experience was one of a kind. The hotel made sure the seafood they used was the freshest of all, and that it had taken measures to arrange 5 flights to Sri Lanka over 5 days just to get the fresh seafood and ingredients directly from the island!
